In the event of a cancellation, the IUGG shall retain the following percentages, based on the timeline below:
Before February 1, 2019: 50% of contract value retained by organizers.
After February 1, 2019: 100% of contract value retained by organizers.
Cancellation must be done in writing to the exhibition coordinator.
